Over 14 years he has managed compliance programs at three U.S. manufacturers, including a $90M electronics exporter where he cut screening cycle time from 72 hours to under 4. He has led teams through five BIS audits with zero enforcement actions, built denied-party screening architectures processing 12,000+ transactions per month, and received the BIS Commissioner's Award for Excellence in Export Compliance Education in 2021. He holds CUSECO (Certified U.S. Export Compliance Officer) designation.
