Compliance Management Software

Compliance management software tracks tasks, deadlines, approvals, and audit trails across an organization's compliance obligations. In trade compliance, that means license expiration dates, screening refresh schedules, classification review cycles, and training completion records. The distinction from a general trade platform: compliance management software is about process governance, not transaction processing. It answers "did we do the thing we said we'd do, and can we prove it?" A spreadsheet handles this until it doesn't — usually around the time a second jurisdiction's rules come into scope or headcount grows past the point where one person can hold the process in their head.
